Zone-tailed Hawk in Lakeside

There is currently (~9:55am) an adult ZONE-TAILED HAWK cruising the ridgeline between the 67 and a Wildcat Canyon Road in Lakeside, just south of San Vicente a Reservoir. It flew directly over my head about 10 minutes ago as I was watching my daughter's horse riding lesson and has been cruising the ridgeline since.
