Wing Tagged Golden Eagle in Ramona

Hi all,In case anyone finds this information as interesting as I do, this past Saturday I saw a Golden Eagle fly over the Ramona Grasslands loop trail and though the photo opportunity was poor it was clear enough to make out that the eagle was fairly worn and had a white wing marker with the number 30 on it. I reported it to the USGS site and it came back as a male that was hatched in 2006 and banded in December of 2008 by a Dr Peter Bloom near Hacienda Heights up in Ventura County.
