Wilson's Phalaropes at Lake Morena

I spent several hour at Lake Morena Saturday morning August 1, 2020.  Two Wilson's Phalaropes were present at the water's edge in the northern, shallow part of the lake.  The most interesting birding was along the shallow edge of the northern part of the lake, which requires a long walk across the grasslands starting near the campground; and along the dirt road that wraps around the mostly dry southeast arm of the lake.  Quite a warm day, reaching the mid to upper 90's when I left at 10:30 AM.
