Vaux's Swift Balboa Park
Around 9am there was a flock of at least 12 Vaux’s Swift flying above the west side of the Laurel/Prado bridge and above the dog park. I last saw them flying east toward Museum of Man. Other interesting birds were a male Bullock’s Oriole, a continuing Hooded Oriole, and a pale female Western Tanager near the restrooms on 8th Ave/Juniper Rd.
