Updated info on the Yellow-green Vireo
As Bridget mentioned, the Yellow-green was seen about 9:30, but put in a somewhat poor showing in the big fig. As we were leaving, we saw people running over to the fence, looking on the slope. As I went over, I saw the bird fly into what I think are Carrotwood Trees, which are between the parking lot and Regents Rd. We eventually re-found the bird and it worked that line of Carrotwood, moving south from one tree to another before eventually flying south a ways at which time, I think everyone was very happy with their views and did not proceed after it. When the bird is not in the big fig, all these Carrotwood might be worth checking.
