TRV 2-6-19

I did a tour of the Valley this morning. Spending most of my time on the Stilt Sandpiper.

The Stilt Sandpiper was in the same area that it's been seen in recently but it spent most of its time behind the "lettuce" that grows in the well-fertilized flood plain.  Also seen was at least one Lesser Yellowlegs among the large number of Greaters, the Palm Warbler that Dan posted yesterday, and a bright Myrtle Warbler.

Along Hollister I saw one Black-throated Magpie Jay, and heard at least one more.

At the ballfields the Vermilion Flycatcher was out as was a very dull Yellow Warbler.
