Tijuana Sod Farms

Matt Sadowski and I have found a few good birds around the sod farms in the Tijuana River Valley in the last hour. North of the river in the sod farms themselves was an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull with a few hundred other gulls in the flooded area. South of the river we have a young Bald Eagle and a young Swainson’s Hawk, both sitting down during the rain. Lots of yellowlegs south of the river as well, but no Lesser that we could find.
