Swallows at Lake Murray

This morning in the northwestern portion of Lake Murray, there were at least

eighteen Northern Rough-winged Swallows, perched on the high-tension power lines
and foraging over Del Cerro Bay, which is the northwestern-most arm of the lark.
Photos are in the eBird report, including a few flight shots.
Kathryn Wendel reported 14 at the same location on Dec. 5.
The two Barn Swallows were there as well, along with at least some of the Tree Swallows.
The Horned Grebe was fairly close to shore near the mouth of Del Cerro Bay.
