Swainson's Hawks in Borrego Springs-125+

Late this evening we had a drop in of around 125 Swainson's Hawks. The settled into the date farm 1.6 miles north of Palm Canyon Drive on Borrego Valley Rd. With a light wind they probably will kettle up between 7:15 and 9am. I believe the best location may be on Borrego Valley Rd or perhaps DiGiorgio Rd 1.6 miles north again from Palm Canyon Drive. I will be at the Borrego Valley site early as the last big group left on a light wind early. 

Because of a super flower bloom, the roads in and out of Borrego Springs will be very busy. Early travel is best.
