Scissor-tail Flycatcher-Las Americas Mall
Today (11/19/2019) at 4:38 pm I witnessed a large amount of flycatchers fluttering from tree to tree between the park and the trees that line the south/western most entry to the mall. The closest intersection is Sipes Ln / Camino De La Plaza.
Amongst the large amount of flycatchers was a bird that was slightly smaller, but had a tail that was 2-3 times as long. It appeared to have a light breast and dark wings to the naked eye. Lighting is not the best due to storm conditions. Very windy. I am highly confident this bird is a Scissor-Tailed Flycatcher.
