Scarlet, Painted, Clay-colored
It turns out that Haim Weizman had the Scarlet Tanager yesterday at North Clairemont Park at around 11:30AM in the very large, blooming, blue-gum eucalyptus on the edge of the front lawn area, near the main parking lot. Obviously the bird could be elsewhere, too!
Also today, 1 Dec, Matt Sadowski reports the continuing Painted Redstart in University City, as well as a new Clay-colored Sparrow in that areas as well.
