San Elijo horned grebe and B & W warbler

The horned grebe was in the lagoon west of the tracks and just north of the tunnel under the tracks  I walked further north to get a better look but was unable to relocate. The Black & White warbler was in the eucs along the path adjacent to the canal in the visitors center area.
