Painted Redstart continues this morning at Holiday Park in Carlsbad, moving around but mostly in the same tipu south of the gazebo at 33.1606124, -117.3398524.
There’s a tree trimming crew here now working on the large eucalyptus next to the tipu, but the bird is surprisingly unbothered by it. At one point he was in the tree while they were trimming.
