UPDATE: You can add Tennessee Warbler to the list of eastern warblers at San Dieguito Park. Al birds seenl in the small group of tipus near the playground. The Tennessee was found last night and seen many times again today, along with the Prairie and MacGillivray’s and Chestnut-sided. As far as I know, the Magnolia and Blackpoll have not been seen since early yesterday afternoon. It is a fun lesson in eastern fall warblers, seeing all these species mixed in with Black-throated Gray, Wilson’s, Orange-crowned, Townsend’s, and drab Yellow and Yellow-rumped. Not to mention the Warbling Vireo and Pacific-slope flycatcher that pop up randomly in the same tipus.David TrisselSan Diego, CA
