Re: Lesser Black-backed Gull location

Sorry for the confusion with my old time abbreviation. "SDFCC" for the San Diego (River) Flood Control Channel. I should have said Robb Field, although the bird was much closer to the Mission Bay side of the channel.

It is an adult bird, and fairly easy to pick out among the Westerns by shape (longer looking) size (slightly smaller), and the yellow legs.

BTW, the Reddish Egret was still present.
