Re: eBird media processing times

Just to provide a little extra info, there were 10s of thousands of media uploads associated with the recent Global Big Day two weekends ago, so that is a big reason for the slow processing times lately. Also, the team at Cornell has let us know that you do not need to leave your browser open, computer on, etc. once your file(s) is uploaded. Once the status turns to "processing," you're good and you can shut down or leave your computer if you want.
