Raptor ID APP
Hi Birders,
With raptors migrating to our area for the winter season, or simply bypassing us on their migrations, I thought it was a good time to let folks know, or remind you of a most useful application to install on your phone/device. At least on an Apple device, you can go to your App Store, and type in Raptor ID.
Hawk Watch International (HWI) will show up. GET IT!!! Not sure how much it was broadcast years ago when it first came out, but getting the word out again. It's an amazing reference whether in the field or sitting on your couch!
Sorry if Off Topic, but feel it is warranted-This APP is good not only for SD County but an exceptional account for anywhere you wish to explore in North America, at a minimum!
