Plumbeous Vireo – Poway Creek

I found a Plumbeous Vireo along Poway Creek behind the southwest cornerof the Poway City Hall parking lot around 1:55 p.m. today. It startedout in a bare Cottonwood on the creek side of the trail, moved to a pinetree on the edge of the other side of the trail, and then into the topof a pine along the back west edge of the parking lot where I lost it. Iwas standing about here when I found it: 32.95293,-117.04289Refinding birds like this in that area can be difficult. There are a lotof places they can go. I had a Plumbeous in this area at the southeastcorner of the Community Park in September of last year.
