Pine Warbler Hillcrest 11/17

This morning while on a business call (yes I work occasionally) I noticed an interesting warbler foraging on the lawn below our balcony. Looked similar to an Orange-crowned Warbler but had dark wings with white wing bars, streaky greenish back, lighter underneath with some streaks, and a dark tail. Seen (and loudly photographed while on phone with client) from just before 9am-9:15 or so. As of 10:15am I have not seen the bird again. eBird is down and can’t post pics to listserv but will share photos with anyone interested.
