Northern Cardinal

My girlfriend reported to me she saw a Northern Cardinal 1/2 block from our house late yesterday afternoon. I’m thinking well that not likely but pretty hard to miss ID, she is not a birder but is from Minnesota and grew up with them.

Went down this morning and found it. It is very close and actually landed on the 79. I’m concerned for it’s safety but I did see it again further away from the highway. Hoping it’s moving to a safer place.

I reported it on eBird. Not sure how rare this is but if anyone wants help seeing it, I’m home all day and would be glad to help.
