North Clairemont update on Dusky-capped & Yellow-bellied

As of 2:00 p.m., the Dusky capped flycatcher continues at North Clairemont community Park but is moving around quite a large area. From the original spot in the eucalyptus at the southeast corner of the tennis courts, it then dropped into the canyon and worked Southwest to near the southeast corner of where the walking path makes a loop on the open lawn, then it turned around and came back up the canyon to the East and ended up feeding very high up in the easternmost tall eucalyptus tree in the park that is getting close to Genesee avenue. Then it turned around and dropped back in the canyon and was heading back Southwest again. The adult male yellow-bellied sapsucker was found in leafless trees at the extreme southwest corner of the park next to Genesee Avenue and then flew up into the same tall eucalyptus where the Dusky capped was in, and sat up there quite a while but then returned to the dead looking trees at the corner of the park that are actually in a neighbor's backyard abutting Genesee.
