No Prothonotary Thursday AM

A handful of birders kept vigil at Colina Del Sol Park collectively since dawn, and as of 9:50, the Prothonotary was a no-show. Activity (people-wise) on the nearby basketball courts and in the park in general has now increased, as has the noise levels.
