Masked Booby at La Jolla 07272109

At 7:40 this morning and adult masked booby was seen from the La Jolla Cove Seawatch spot. Clean white and black, no brown spotting seen Bill was yellowish green not orange. Flying about half a mile off shore seen for about 10 minutes by myself,Stan Walens, and David Gardner. Also, one Common Murre and a few groups of Red-necked Phalaropes.
