Lucy’s Warbler @ Zoo

11/3/2023, 8:45 AM: While walking through the upper part of Africa Rocks, I noticed a small, pale gray warbler in the Tipu trees between Upper Baboon Viewing and the Ground Hornbills exhibit. It was uncooperative, and I struggled to identify it, but it finally showed a nice view of its rust-colored rump, confirming it was a Lucy’s Warbler. I returned around 9 AM with my camera but wasn’t able to relocate it in a timely manner and had to return to work…
