Lesser Black-backed Gull

When I stopped at “J” Street in Chula Vista early this afternoon there was a second-winter Lesser Black-backed Gull standing with California Gulls on the parking area waiting for “hand-outs”.  Last seen flying west over the bay towards the Silver Strand.
