Least Stormie at Lower Otay

The storm petrel on Lower Otay Lake has been refound in the middle of the lake. Best found about a mile past the site where the Mexican duck was last year where there’s a yellow gate and a paved road that goes sharply to the right and one looks back to the south from there halfway back toward the boat launch area. It indeed appears to be a least storm petrel.
