Least storm petrel at El Capitan Reservoir

One Least storm-petrel on El Capitan Reservoir east of Lakeside on Tuesday morning. There are a couple large reservoirs in this part of the county, this one and San Vicente, that were unfortunately closed yesterday. Also a bald eagle and a clear migrant flock of 11 American Avocets flying back and forth over the reservoir, looking lost and wishing there was some proper habitat for them.
