FOS Bell’s Vireo

I took my family on a walk from Bernardo Bay park along the edge of Lake Hodges to see the rushing Clark’s/Western grebes.  I was surprised to hear and then see a singing Bell’s Vireo on territory!  Talking to Ryan the earliest spring OC record gets could find was March 15th.
