female Black Scoter, Camp Surf, Imperial Beach

Around 1/2 north of the beach access from the north end of Seacoast Dr in Imperial beach is the continuing female Black Scoter, obviously the same bird Nicholas A. Barber saw today. The gull flock Nicholas reported is 1 mile north of the Seacoast access. Unfortunately there were only two Glaucous-winged Gulls with no Iceland Gulls when I saw them early this morning.
