doubts regarding ID of Cape May Warbler at Villa La Jolla

There has been some ongoing discussion about whether this bird is a Cape May Warbler or potentially a hybrid. Particularly problematic is the boldness of the lower wing bar, the thickness and length of the bill (should be thinner, more pointed, and slightly decurved), the extent of the supercilium, and even the thickness of the streaking below.
Nice photos by Tom F-H illustrate this issue:
It does appear to have a greenish yellow rump like a Cape May and of course some chestnut feathers in the cheek, but good photos of the back would be nice if anyone wants to share with me directly or add to an eBird checklist and share that publicly.
