Clay-colored Sparrow, Vesper Sparrow – Carmel Valley

With mixed sparrow flock at Deer Canyon EBird hotspot at sunset yesterday, October 7th.  The birds were feeding on the dirt slope surrounding a catch basin/impoundment at these coordinates: 32.9499113, -117.1950858.
