Chestnut-sided Warbler, Point Loma

Paula Theobald, Nicole Koeltzow, and I found a young Chestnut-sided Warbler at 8:45 this morning in the sycamore tree at the NE corner of Garden Lane and Savoy St. in Pt. Loma (near the south entrance of PLNU).  Nicole has photos. The bird stayed in the tree until we left at 9:20. We had mostly underside views: all white underneath from throat through tail, two white wing bars, gray wings, a glimpse of yellowish green on back of head. One of the photos shows a narrow stripe of chestnut on the side.
