Broad-billed hummingbird in Normal Heights

Yesterday evening, at North Mountain View mini park in normal Heights, there was a broad-billed hummingbird. It was only at the park for a minute or so but I tracked it to a feeder across the street at 3357 N. Mountain View Rd.  The bird continues this morning at the same feeders and occasionally flies over to the park. I spoke with the homeowner, and she has no problem with people coming to view it, as it is viewable from the street and the alley. The feeders are hanging on a balcony in front of her door. The broad-billed seems to prefer the top feeder.  The homeowner told me the bird had been there for “a long while”, over a month”.
