Booby on Ocean Beach

Somebody on Reddit posted an hour ago about a Booby on the beach in OB (between towers 3 and 4).

Poster might not be a birder, but seemed to think it might be sick (but not visibly injured). Presumably the booby has been there for a period of time prior to the post.
