Bendire's Thrasher Borrego Springs

Hello / Mea Culpa! I did not see and photograph the Bendire's Thrasher late yesterday at the WTP Settling ponds! Gary Nunn has confirmed my own suspicions that the photos are actually of a very ragged Northern Mockingbird that has been present at the location. A comparison with my photos of the rare bird on the 16th show it cannot be the same bird.
