B&BG – 2 Am. Redstart and possible Pine Warbler

11:40 am

Amidst the bird action in the general area around the ranger building there are two American Redstarts and one impossible bird that skews Pine Warbler from the fleeting glimpses. Superficially like an Orange-crowned but with some streaking on the sides, a light underside and I believe I saw wing bars. It also made Pine-esque calls every time it flew. It started in the tamarisks, moved to the ficus, then the willows, then the pine, then back to the ficus and then I couldn’t refind it.
