Ash-throated Fly, more dark-lored White-crowneds, miscellanea

On Weds the 9th, there was a very-rare-in-winter Ash-throated Flycatcher first thing in the morning in Imperial Beach at Teeple Park at corner of Florida X Calla. A female Costa's Hummingbird, now rare in winter, was on the southeast side of the Tijuana Estuary visitor center building, around the red flowers. The 2 long-staying Snow Geese continue at the Bayside Elementary School playing field (when not on the adjacent salt works pond). A female Vermilion Flycatcher continues at Eggar South Bay Community Park at Coronado X Saturn.

Yesterday, the 8th, there was a flock of 5 Western Tanagers in the "Muirlands" neighborhood of highland La Jolla.
