Any feather experts out there?

Any feather experts out there?

I found a nice feather yesterday and don’t know what it’s from. I have good pics if someone can help. It’s about 9 inches long. I’m in Carlsbad and frequently see Red Tails, Cooper’s, Red-Shouldered, and Sharp-Shinned. I also see Kestrels, Barn Owls, and Northern Harriers. Thanks much!CherylSent from my iphone  _._,_._,_
