American Redstart Encinitas Still present 11/5
The brightly colored male American Redstart is still present and foraging near the bridge at the lower Cottonwood Park area of Encinitas this morning, 11/5 around 8:30-9:30 AM. Not at all wary but very active and always in bad light or obscured by branches/brush. A very colorful male which I think is not that common for the county.
