12:30PM update Buff breast and Chestnut collareds

As of 12:30 p.m. both the buff breasted Sandpiper and two Chestnut collared longspurs continue at Robb Field, basically in the large open lawn area that is south of the skate park and the tennis courts at the end of the big parking lot. The buff breast is currently with killdeer southeast of the skatepark at the very East end of the lawn, and the two Chestnut collareds are with the flock of about 25 horned larks due south of the tennis courts. Obviously they will move around as warranted. Be aware that yesterday birding here was hopeless sometime after 3:00 p.m. with all fields totally covered in soccer matches and football practice. Not sure if the same will happen today or not, but be forewarned.
